Project Overview

I designed and built a custom CRM and operations management system for a photography and event coverage business using Airtable as the core database and workflow engine, with a frontend client interface powered by Softr.

The system centralized project management, scheduling, payment tracking, production workflows, and operational visibility into a single scalable platform.

A major feature of the solution was the implementation of a real-time two-way synchronization system between Airtable and Google Calendar using native Airtable automations.

The Problem

The business handled multiple concurrent projects including:

• apartment photography,

• video editing,
• and multi-vendor coordination.

Operations were managed manually across spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and disconnected calendar systems, creating challenges such as:

The client needed a unified system capable of managing operations, finances, scheduling, and project delivery workflows in one place.
